BLONDIE was rescued from the attic of a hurricane damaged house by some kind neighbors. Unable to take her in, they asked the shelter to take her. She is a frisky, happy girl looking for a home of her own. ADOPT

BONNIE was rescued in April 2021 along with her sibling, Clyde, and her mother Ginger. She is very spunky but a sweet girl. ADOPT

We estimate BRANDON to be 3-4 years old. He gets along with other dogs and we’ve ever had any incidents at the shelter. We don’t recommend cats, however. He is calm and laid back. He should adjust nicely to being indoors and becoming a couch potato. ADOPT

BUDDY is 3 - 4 years old. He was rescued along with Rambo who had a severely damaged leg. Rambo was adopted but Buddy still needs a home. He is very friendly, likes people and most dogs. He craves attention, so would be your best bud! He’s not shy at all. ADOPT

CELINE was rescued off the side of the road by a concerned citizen, along with her puppies. As of July 2024, Celine is approximately 2 years old and has been spayed. She is a very, very sweet Potcake who loves humans and enjoys sunbathing on top of her dog house! Celine is eager to find her forever home. CHOCOLATE is a neutered male, approximately 3-4 years old as of July 2024. He had entropion, an eye issue, but has undergone surgery and is healing beautifully. Chocolate loves car rides and is friendly with other dogs and people. He weighed 58 pounds at his last vet visit. COOPER is a neutered male that is approximately 4 years old. He’s frisky and loves to play. ADOPT

GIRLIE is an older girl and Dorian survivor. She was rescued when she got a bone caught in her mouth and owners abandoned her. She is very calm and gets along with other dogs and cats. ADOPT

HERO was an owner surrender along with Pepper in January of this 2023 at an estimated 4-5 months of age. He's neutered and heartworm negative! He is energetic and friendly to other dogs and people. We don't know about cats. He is quite adoptable. ADOPT

Skinny MINNIE is our resident senior and very sweet. She was pulled from a septic hole, where she was trapped and submerged. ADOPT

These beautiful young Potcake boys, Nuke & Rocket, born in December, were surrendered by their owners. They love the beach. They could not keep them and are trusting us to find them great homes. ADOPT

RASCAL is a spayed female, approximately 3-4 years old as of July 2024. She has lots of energy and would be perfect for long walks with her new owner. Rascal is attentive, smart, and gets along well with other dogs, though we are unsure how she is with cats. She has short hair and absolutely LOVES WATER, so please take her to the beach with you! RAVEN is a sweet-tempered, medium-sized female with a somewhat thick and fluffy coat. She came to us pregnant and had six adorable puppies, three of which have already been adopted. As of July 2024, her puppies are four months old and have been separated from her. Raven has been spayed and currently rooms with Girlie, getting along well with other dogs. TERRO survived Dorian when abandoned by his owner. After Terro was involved in several dog fights and badly injured, volunteers decided to take him into the shelter. He is very loving but may need a little time getting comfortable with other male dogs. ADOPT
